Ice Rink Rentals

All ice rink rentals are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
When inquiring, please use the link attached (on the right) and be prepared to provide the following information:
- Organization name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Affiliation with Shady Side Academy
- Use type (non-profit, for-profit, personal)
- Type of activity (practice, game, tournament, etc.)
- Facility requested (Roy McKnight Hockey Center)
- Date(s) requested
- Start time (including setup)
- End time (including breakdown)
- Frequency (one-time, weekly, etc.)
- Preferred day(s) of the week
- Approximate number of participants
- Approximate number of spectators
- Age group(s) (children / adults)
- Additional details or special needs
Once availability is confirmed, you will be required to provide proof of insurance, sign a contract, and submit payment prior to your scheduled event. All contract finalizations will be handled by Blair Trunzo BTrunzo@shadysideacademy.org
