Ice Rink Rentals
rent the Roy McKnight Hockey Center
All ice rink rentals are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
To inquire about availability, please use the link provided (on the right). You will be asked to submit detailed information about your organization, preferred rental dates and times, and the approximate number of attendees. All fields are required for the inquiry to be successfully submitted.
Ice rental bookings are confirmed only after the following items have been received:
- A signed contract
- A deposit, or full payment if required
- A current certificate of insurance naming Shady Side Academy as an “Additional Insured” in the amount of $1 million
All bookings must be confirmed within the timeframe outlined in the contract. Rentals are managed by the Rink Operations Manager Pam Lloyd.
Please note: the facility is not available for birthday parties and does not offer rental skates.
